Mr. Andreotti is the former chairman of the board and chief executive officer of Bristol-Myers Squibb Company, a global, innovative healthcare company. He served as chairman at Bristol-Myers Squibb from May 2015 to May 2017 and chief executive officer from May 2010 to May 2015. Mr. Andreotti previously served as its president and chief operating officer responsible for all of Bristol-Myers Squibb’s pharmaceutical operations worldwide. He joined Bristol-Myers Squibb’s board of directors in 2009, and led a broad range of businesses and regions after joining the company in 1998. Mr. Andreotti has served as a member of the board of directors of UniCredit S.p.A. since April 2018 and was appointed deputy chairman in April 2021. Mr. Andreotti served as a director of DowDuPont Inc. from September 2017 until June 2019 when he joined Corteva’s Board.
